DROP-OFF FEE

A non-refundable $20 fee applies to all machines brought in for service or repair. This fee covers the initial intake, mechanical inspection, and diagnostic evaluation.

DIAGNOSTIC REVIEW & VERBAL APPROVAL

After inspecting your machine, I will contact you by phone to review its mechanical condition, discuss any issues found, explain recommended service or repairs, and provide your cost quote. No service or repair work begins without your direct verbal approval.

Once approved, the agreed amount is due upon completion, even if underlying wear, aged parts, or mechanical limitations prevent the machine from reaching factory-new condition. Direct communication is maintained throughout the process, and you are always welcome to call or text with any questions.

WHAT SERVICE INCLUDES

• Comprehensive lint removal, deep cleaning, precision lubrication, mechanical timing and tension adjustments, and stitch testing.

• Targeted repairs and component replacements needed to restore proper operation (with your verbal approval).

• 30-Day Service Warranty: Covers specific labor and mechanical adjustments completed during service.

SERVICE LIMITATIONS & PARTS

• Machines with severe gear wear, cracked castings, or extensive structural damage may not be fully repairable. In such cases, service fees still apply for diagnostic teardown and evaluation time.

• If replacement parts are needed, they will be discussed during your phone review. Specialized parts may require upfront payment and are non-refundable once sourced. Vintage or discontinued parts remain subject to availability.

PICK-UP & STORAGE

• Serviced machines must be picked up within 7 calendar days of completion notice unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon in advance.

• Storage Fee: A $10/day storage fee applies after the initial 7-day grace period.

• Abandonment: Machines left unclaimed after 30 days are considered abandoned and may be liquidated, salvaged, or dismantled to recover unpaid costs.

Payment is due in full at the time of pickup.
